Built by people who
understand regulated finance
Finnulate was founded to solve a problem that every compliance team knows: the gap between receiving a regulatory update and proving it was fully actioned. We build a governance intelligence platform that turns that gap into a structured, auditable operating system.
Mission & Vision
To give every regulated institution the ability to demonstrate its compliance position, with evidence, across every framework, in real time, so that governance is a source of institutional confidence, not institutional anxiety.
A world where every regulated institution governs with clarity, where boards see what they need to see, leaders act on what they know, and compliance is a source of institutional strength, not institutional uncertainty.
Structured Execution
Obligations are owned, tracked, and closed with proof, not just filed away.
Intelligent Automation
AI accelerates structuring and coordination while keeping decisions under human control.
Audit-Ready by Default
Evidence is captured during execution, not assembled before an inspection.
Meet the founder

“I spent 37 years inside regulated financial institutions, as an operator, a CEO, and a board advisor. I have sat across from regulators, presented compliance health to boards, and watched compliance teams work heroically within systems that were never built for the complexity they were being asked to manage. Finnulate is the compliance management platform I wish had existed. Not to make compliance easier, but to make it honest, structured, and genuinely visible to the people who are accountable for it.”
Dinesh Arora spent 37 years inside regulated financial institutions, beginning with the State Bank of India, and culminating in a decade as Group CEO of a leading regional bank in East Africa. He has led institutions through RBI, central bank, and multi-regulator examinations; built compliance functions from the ground up; presented compliance health to boards; and navigated multi-jurisdiction regulatory environments across India, East Africa, and the Gulf. He currently serves as a board advisor to banking subsidiaries in Djibouti and the Comoros.
He founded Finnulate because he saw the same structural failure in every institution he worked with: compliance was becoming denser and more consequential, while the tools used to manage it remained siloed, manual, and reactive. Finnulate is the AI compliance management platform he set out to build, not as a technologist, but as a practitioner who knew exactly what was missing.
