About the event

Finnulate is the RegTech Partner for Ideabaaz Startup Fest 2026, a five-day festival bringing founders, investors, banks, NBFCs and regulators together at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.

Compliance and governance usually enter a company’s story late, once it has grown large enough that changing how it operates gets expensive. A festival built around founders who are still deciding how to build is a better place to have that conversation.

Across the week, Dinesh Arora, Founder of Finnulate AI, joins conversations with the BSE and the NSE on what compliance looks like as a company scales, and on what listing actually asks of a business before it gets there. We also host our own session on how compliance is changing as it moves from a quarterly exercise to a continuous one. Finnulate AI will also be demonstrating on the final day of the festival.
